The advantage of shielding clip replacing the shielding frame:
1, Reducing the costs of PCB’s production, inspection, maintenance ,etc.
2, Easing for SMT production, and preferably dividing the shielding area in order to strengthen the shielding’s effect.
3, Shielding clip has good elasticity, and easy to be welded, and apply to SMD packaging.
4, After SMT production , then put the shielding case with shielding clip on PCB. Once need to maintenance PCB , just need directly removed the shielding case from the shielding clip, and no longer need to remove it by high temperature which can avoid the high temperature will destroy the motherboard. Highly reduces the damage rate of repairing board. So Shielding clip is the best product of replacing the shielding frame.
5, Shielding clip’s production craft, material, weldability, flatness and packaging requirements are more economic than producing shielding frame.
